Reducer
- Functional use: Used to connect pump pipes with different pipe diameters. In the concrete conveying system, it may be necessary to change the pipe diameter due to different pumping requirements or equipment interface differences, and the reducer plays the role of transitional connection.
- Shape characteristics: It is usually a tubular structure with different pipe diameters at both ends, and its pipe diameter changes naturally to reduce concrete flow resistance.
Rubber seal ring
- Sealing principle: It is installed in the pipe card or the pipe interface. When the pipe card is tightened, the rubber sealing ring is squeezed and deformed to fill the gap of the pipe interface, so as to achieve the sealing effect.
- Importance: It can effectively prevent concrete leakage and ensure the tightness of the entire conveying system. Its material has good elasticity and corrosion resistance, adapting to different working environments.
