Glasses plate of concrete pump truck is one of the key components of concrete pump truck.
In terms of appearance and location, it is located between the hopper and the conveying cylinder of the concrete pump truck, and is named for its shape like glasses. It is a circular metal plate with two holes corresponding to two delivery cylinders.
In terms of function, the glasses plate mainly plays the role of distributing concrete. When the cylinder piston is reciprocating, the glass plate with the cutting ring controls the suction and discharge of the concrete, ensuring that the concrete can be regularly sucked from the hopper into the cylinder, and then pushed to the pipeline. In this process, the glasses plate and the cutting ring are closely matched to form a sealed structure that prevents the concrete from leaking during transportation.
From the material point of view, in order to withstand the erosion and wear of concrete, the glasses plate is usually made of high-quality wear-resistant alloy materials. These materials have high hardness, high strength and good wear resistance, which can effectively resist the friction of sand and stone particles in concrete and extend the service life of the glasses plate. However, due to its harsh working environment, long time in a state of high pressure and high wear, the glasses plate will gradually wear out, and it needs to be checked and replaced regularly to ensure the normal work efficiency and delivery quality of the concrete pump truck.
